Greenleaf Homecares provides homecare services to individuals in their residences. All actions and referrals are made to any eligible and qualified person. Greenleaf Homecares offers employment without regard to race, sex, colour, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, handicap, or age. Greenleaf Homecares will adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), by providing reasonable accommodation to handicapped employees, and will not retaliate against the employee for requesting a reasonable accommodation. Greenleaf Homecares believes that all employees are entitled to a work environment free from all forms of discrimination and/or harassment, including sexual harassment. This policy is applicable to all persons working for the Greenleaf Homecares Agency; employed, independent contractors, management, and administrative staff.  In addition, any explicit or implicit sexual advances conducted verbally, and/or physically are considered absolutely unacceptable and are strictly prohibited. Any complaints regarding discrimination, sexual harassment and/or a hostile work environment will be investigated immediately, thoroughly, and fairly. Any employee found to have violated this policy will be subjected to discipline and/or discharge.  Any employee who feels they have been subjected to discrimination and or sexual harassment should report the incident to the Greenleaf Homecares administration. Any/all reports are kept completely confidential. Greenleaf Homecares Non-Discrimination policy will be posted on our company’s website, publications, media posting, posters, brochures, newspapers, internet and any additional opportunity that becomes available that we share with the public/staff.  Our non-discrimination policy is printed on the agency’s website and a poster is hanging in our office in plain view of those entering the office, media notices and in brochures, marketing material and website.
